Shop Assistant:     Good morning, can I help you?
Customer:                No. I am just looking thanks.

                (The shop assistant watches from a distance as customer explores the shop. When the  
                  customer stops and indicate thye want to asksa question the shop assistant is immediately by their side).
                                                                          
Customer:                How much are these shoes?
Shop Assistant:     They are $30.00

Customer:                Can I try them on?
Shop Assistant:     Certainly. What size are you?

Customer:                I am a 32 or 34.
Shop Assistant:     If you would like to take a seat, I will see if we have your size
                                      upstairs.

           (The shop assistant disappears upstairs, but soon reappears with several shoe boxes).
 
Shop Assistant:     We have both sizes 32 and 34. Why don’t you try them both      
                                      on to see which is the most comfortable.

                                   (Customer tries on both pairs).

Customer:              I love the size 34! I will take them thank you!

Shop Assistant:     How would you like to pay? By credit card or with cash?
Customer:              Cash thank you.
